7 books? Great! I loved your book the Unwanteds, the island of silence, and the island of fire, now i know that there WILL be a 4th book, for a terrible momoent i thought that that was where the unwanteds finished, because there was no presenting of the 4th book, but i know that that was because you havent gotten the cover yet. I wonder what happens next?

Yay another book! Why did Mr. Today have to die? The spell could be released! I get it was more intense and all but shouldn't that make it harder to release the spell?
Ah but who said he is definitely dead?? With as many twists and turns as these books make, I wouldn't be surprised if he was still alive somewhere. I cannot wait for the next book. My daughter introduced these to me and they are amazing!!!
I love these books, but in the Unwanteds : Island of Silence it got too intense. It made it a lot harder to read once all your favorite charatures dead. Allthough the books are great, we really need the chacatures to come back. I hope this book brings the series to my high expectations, but if it doesn't I think I'll quit, its just really hard to read. Great story line, though. I am using your idea "Ban on creativity" in one of my books. I love a lot of the charatures ( Even though half are dead, like Mr. Today ) but the way you express them makes the books worth while. I enjoy it a lot, and suggest you to read "The Internal Series", "Warrior Cats", and "Fablehaven", for they are somewhat like your books. well i think all the unwateds books are amazing and there is probebly a twist to mr today dieing but whats with lanie and samheed and alix and sky what about meghan dose she get someone. plus seven books is A LOT! in my opinion.

You said there are seven books is one book for each island? Like the first book was about there own island and the second book was about warbler and the third book was about pirate island so is the fourth book about the island after pirate island? And then the other three books, are they about the three islands to the east?
This is my favorite series ever. I used to be loyal to Rick Riordan, but now you've got my drooling over book 4 in the Unwanteds series. I've read all of them in about 5 days. I just finished book 3, but I hope you can write fast!

Hi im pretty young and im a really big fan of these books. I really cant wait to the fourth book to come out because sometimes i just sit and wait wondering when when i can read it. graet suspense ant the end of the third book. Sometimes it is just a pain because im saying to myself oh my goodness whats gonna happen?

ikr when Simber is in the water will he die? I belive you should make a sneek peek for all your desperate readers... I love all your books its amazing maybe there's a spell that makes simber not die. But What about Aaron? will he join forces with Alex and all of Artimé? Island of fire was sad Why did Mr. Today die.. but I kind of like Mr. Today being gone because it makes the book interesting more interesting... Island of fire was sad how ever person had to sleep in tht one shack

I thought the story was going to end
at island of fire but i am so glad it did not! Do you guys know if island of legends are in the libraries yet because i can't wait to read it I am so excited! I am so curious what happens next. Do you think Sky will get her mom out of that weird island, I hope so!
Okay, so first of all, I did not think the books were going to end after Island Of Fire. I love the books, but I'm kinda sad that Lanie and Samheed are together. It was so cute when Alex kissed her on the cheek when he was invisible! But, I also love Sky, so it's all good. Just wondering though, what's going to happen to Meghan— is she going to be an old maid? Also, what about Sean and Carinna? Isn't she too old for him? I hope these get answered, and I can't WAIT for the next book. Thanks!
Okay, so first off best series EVER. It is like better than Harry Potter and Eragon and the Rangers Apprentice combined. I loved the way the book ended with the ship falling and them going to battle, just fabulous. I was very disappointed though when Mr. Today died it was so depressing. I just love Mrs. McMann's writing and cant wait for her to come out with the last 4 books. Wish you good reading everyone.

I actually read all three books in two days and loved them. I can't wait for the forth but why SO long? That's almost A year and really close to my birthday but the anticipation is killing me what will happen? Please :( release they forth one sooner if it's already done the art shouldn't take that long so why not sooner? I JUST CAN'T WAIT
I love the series,I enjoy it verymuch. I am a fifth grader,even though it's a middle school series.I wish the whole book can be turned into a movie, it will be awesome!!!
I've read the first 3 books and I honestly can't wait for the rest. I thought book 3 was the last one with Aaron fading away in the tube. Now that I know theres more I cant wait to read the rest. It's only bad because I have to wait such a long time but its worth it because this is one of the best series i've ever read!
Aarons a jerk thats why, also why would aaron release the spell on mr.today when he hates him. Another thing, there were five heart attack spells thrown at him, thats a lot of heart attacks

I kinda knew that there was gonna be seven books. Seven islands, seven books. The others were great. They all tied into each other. Like at the end of the 3rd book, aaron doesn't realize it but he's a powerful magician because he can see mr.today's hallway. I think that artime and quill will team up to fight against the new enemy coming

Love the books!! I cant wait for The Island Of Legends to come out! I was expecting 6 books,l but now i understand why there's 7: because there's seven islands!!! The 1st book is quill, 2nd warbler, 3rd pirate, 4th ?, 5th ?, 6th ?, 7th ?, I JUST LOVE THEM SO MUCH! I miss Mr. Today, but im so glad that Sam and Lani are back!!!!

i love the books alot a lot but i cant wait for the next books to come out. i read the books EXTREMLEY fast, there my favorite books i like how some of the characters died because it made the books a cliff hanger i think you should keep it that way but i cant wait. your books inspired me to believe in magic so what in some places people shouldn't write or draw or be creative that doesn't mean they shouldn't be that is what the unwanteds is all about magic and believing in creativity Aaron can't just take that away from them
I think the book was interesting when Samheed was mean and all . And I thought Lani an Alex looked cute together since Lani is a year younger then Alex . So since Lani and Samheed are together and Alex an Sky are together I think since Sky is a secretive and generous person I think in the next book Lani should get jealous of Alex and Sky and that Sky notices Lani getting jealous and Sky sets of in the middle of the night to go find her mother knowing that if she did she would die doing it on her raft she made so that Lani and Alex could be together ( because remember how cute they were in the first book ?!)
P.S. That would make the story so much more interesting !
P.S.S you and Brandon Mull should work together on a new book if you haven't heard about Brandon Mull go read FableHaven it's one of my favourite fantasy books !!

I can't believe I have to wait till september! I just finished Island of Fire and actually have the hard copy in front of me on my desk right now and I couldn't believe the book was over so quickly. When I was almost done I was actually sad because I thought the series was over. I can't wait for september to come! (except for the fact that school resumes)
I love The Unwanted book series I'm so glad it is continuing! I usually finish reading them in two weeks. My Dad wants to read them and he saw the title and asked, "How many islands are there?", and I said "seven." He said, "Then that means there are going to be seven books!"
